nPosition Overview
nMoran Blue Water Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram is seeking a skilled and motivated Automotive Service Technician to join our growing A/C and automotive service team. We are looking for an individual who is committed to delivering high-quality repairs, exceptional customer service, and maintaining the highest standards of workmanship.
nThis position offers a stable 5-day work week with no Saturdays or Sundays , competitive benefits, paid vacation, and opportunities for career growth within a respected dealership organization.
nEssential Responsibilities
nnDiagnose, repair, and maintain automotive air conditioning systems and related components.
nPerform vehicle inspections to identify mechanical, electrical, and HVAC-related issues.
nComplete repairs and maintenance according to manufacturer specifications and dealership standards.
nUtilize diagnostic equipment and repair tools effectively.
nAccurately document repair orders, inspections, and recommendations.
nMaintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
nCollaborate with service advisors and team members to ensure efficient workflow and customer satisfaction.
nStay current with automotive technology and manufacturer training requirements.
nAdhere to all safety procedures and company policies.
n nQualifications
nnPrevious automotive technician experience preferred.
nExperience diagnosing and repairing automotive A/C systems strongly preferred.
nASE certifications are a plus.
nValid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
nStrong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
nAbility to operate diagnostic equipment and repair tools.
nExcellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
nAbility to work independently and as part of a team.
n nPhysical Requirements
nnAbility to stand, bend, lift, and work in a service shop environment for extended periods.
nAbility to lift up to 50 pounds.
nCapability to perform vehicle inspections and repairs in a fast-paced environment.
