Responsibilities: Diagnose and repair vehicles to meet Virginia State Inspection requirements

Communicate effectively with Service Advisors and Managers

Provide accurate labor and time estimates

Ensure high-quality repair work and customer satisfaction

Complete all required repair documentation accurately

Mentor technician trainees as needed

Attend manufacturer and dealership training sessions

Stay up-to-date with factory technical bulletins

Follow all safety, environmental, and operational regulations

Qualifications: Virginia State Inspection License (Preferred)

Proven experience diagnosing and repairing vehicles

Strong communication and problem-solving skills
