Automotive Service Technician
Title: Automotive Service Technician - Banister CDJR of Hampton

Banister Nissan of Norfolk is looking for experienced Automotive Service Technicians to join our growing team. Skilled technicians are in high demand, and we believe in treating our team right. Responsibilities:
* Diagnose and repair vehicles to meet Virginia State Inspection requirements
* Communicate effectively with Service Advisors and Managers
* Provide accurate labor and time estimates
* Ensure high-quality repair work and customer satisfaction
* Complete all required repair documentation accurately
* Mentor technician trainees as needed
* Attend manufacturer and dealership training sessions
* Stay up-to-date with factory technical bulletins
* Follow all safety, environmental, and operational regulations
Qualifications:
* Virginia State Inspection License (Preferred)
* Proven experience diagnosing and repairing vehicles
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
* Commitment to ethical work practices and attention to detail
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
