If you have experience with Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram, Wagoneer, or other Stellantis products , your experience has value.
Experienced Stellantis technicians can expect to earn more based on experience, training, certifications, and capabilities.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Applicants MUST meet the following requirements:
Michigan Mechanic Certification/License and/or ASE Certification
Minimum 1 year of experience working as a certified automotive technician
Must have experience working in and be familiar with a flat-rate compensation environment
Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
Ability to properly diagnose, repair, and document vehicle concerns
Ability to work effectively with Service Advisors, Parts personnel, and fellow technicians
Commitment to quality repairs and customer satisfaction
Manufacturer certifications and Stellantis experience are strongly preferred and may qualify you for increased earning potential.
