Your Role
As an Automotive Service Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining vehicles while delivering the high-quality workmanship our customers expect.
Primary Responsibilities Perform repairs and maintenance outlined on repair orders efficiently and according to dealership standards
Diagnose and repair vehicle systems including engines, transmissions, suspension, steering, electrical systems, braking systems, HVAC systems, and drivability concerns
Perform vehicle inspections using advanced diagnostic equipment and manufacturer-specific tools
Test-drive vehicles and evaluate components and system performance
Communicate findings and repair recommendations with Service Advisors to ensure customers remain informed throughout the repair process
Provide accurate repair estimates and identify additional service recommendations when necessary
Complete warranty repairs according to manufacturer guidelines and specifications
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment while following dealership safety procedures
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications Minimum 5+ years of Automotive Technician experience
ASE Certification required
Advanced mechanical knowledge including engine repair, diagnostics, and electrical troubleshooting
Strong understanding of modern automotive systems and emerging vehicle technologies
Ability to diagnose complex mechanical and electrical concerns efficiently
Experience operating electronic diagnostic equipment and service technology systems
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Basic computer proficiency for repair documentation and service systems
Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
High School Diploma or GED required
