Job description
As a Service Technician , you’ll diagnose and repair luxury vehicles, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction. You'll work with advanced technology and tools while continuing to build on your expertise.

Requirements:
Perform vehicle inspections, diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs to manufacturer standards.
Accurately document all work performed and recommended services on repair orders.
Use state-of-the-art diagnostic tools and equipment to identify issues and recommend solutions
Provide clear, professional communication with customers regarding vehicle issues, services, and repairs
Collaborate with a dedicated team of technicians and service advisors to ensure timely, accurate, and efficient repairs
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety and company policies
Qualifications:
Previous automotive technician experience required; Mazda or import experience strongly preferred
Knowledge of automotive systems, diagnostic tools, and repair procedures
Ability to work with factory-level diagnostic tools and vehicle-specific software
Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical issues to customers in a clear, concise manner
A strong passion for high-end vehicles and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Ability to pass pre-employment screenings (background check and drug test)
Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
