n nWhat You'll Bring:
nnnAutomotive Technicians of ALL LEVELS welcomed!
n
nn2+ years of experience in a dealership or private repair shop
n
nnUp-to-date ASE and manufacturer certifications
n
nnDiagnostic and repair capabilities across multiple systems and tools
n
nnProficiency in engine and transmission repair and maintenance, electrical and drivability diagnostics
n
nnIndependently perform brake, suspension, and steering repairs
n
nnAcceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence
n
n nWhat You'll Do:
nnnPerform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, following Lithia and manufacturer standards
n
nnDiagnose cause of malfunction and complete all work according to the applicable safety requirements
n
nnRoad-test vehicles to ensure quality of repair work
n
nnDocument work performed on repair order, record test procedures/results and time, per company recording and clocking procedures
n
nnProvide and maintain an inventory of normal mechanics tools
n
n nTotal Rewards
nThis is a flat rate position that is also eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes bonuses based on production/productivity.
nActual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
