As a Service Technician , you’ll diagnose and repair luxury vehicles, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction. You'll work with advanced technology and tools while continuing to build on your expertise.

n nRequirements:
nnPerform vehicle inspections, diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs to manufacturer standards.
nAccurately document all work performed and recommended services on repair orders.
nUse state-of-the-art diagnostic tools and equipment to identify issues and recommend solutions
nProvide clear, professional communication with customers regarding vehicle issues, services, and repairs
nCollaborate with a dedicated team of technicians and service advisors to ensure timely, accurate, and efficient repairs
nMaintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety and company policies
n nQualifications:
nnPrevious automotive technician experience required; Mazda or import experience strongly preferred
nKnowledge of automotive systems, diagnostic tools, and repair procedures
nAbility to work with factory-level diagnostic tools and vehicle-specific software
nExcellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical issues to customers in a clear, concise manner
nA strong passion for high-end vehicles and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service
nHigh school diploma or equivalent
nValid driver’s license and clean driving record
nAbility to pass pre-employment screenings (background check and drug test)
nPhysical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
