We are looking for automotive service writer engaged in selling tires and related automotive parts and mechanical services. Midas is committed to training our associates and promoting from within the organization.Benefits: 401(k), Employee discounts, Free uniforms, Profit sharing, Training & developmentResponsibilitiesDeliver exceptional customer service while listening and consulting customersFollowing up with customers, services requested, estimated completion times etc.Oversee complete vehicle inspections and then make comprehensive recommendations—building computerized repair orders and sourcing partsDeliver and discuss pricing estimates with customers as well as promoting shop service specialsOverall cleanliness and organization of the facilityOther duties as assignedQualificationsA minimum of 2 years of store or service manager experienceGeneral automotive knowledgeExcellent customer service dispositionGood communication skillsLeadership abilityTeam building skillsAbility to work a flexible retail schedule including weekends, evenings and holidaysValid driver's licenseCompensation: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
