We offer three different schedule shift options.7 am – 4 pm8 am – 5 pm9 am – 6 pmThe Role of the Shop ForemanThe Foreman ensures that all mechanical repairs meet or exceed customer expectations and company standards while actively developing technicians into high-performing Partner-level contributors.This role blends hands-on technical leadership with accountability for shop efficiency, repair quality, and team growth.
