Automotive Shop Manager | $108K Base | Free Housing
Location: Gallup, New Mexico
Schedule: Monday-Friday
Base Salary: $108,000
Target Earnings: Up to $120,000
Pay Plan: Base Salary + Gross Profit + Efficiency

We're seeking an experienced Automotive Shop Manager to lead a high-performing automotive repair facility in Gallup, New Mexico.
This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for an experienced A-Level or Master Technician who enjoys advanced diagnostics, mentoring technicians, and improving shop performance while helping lead the growth of a rapidly expanding automotive group.

Key Responsibilities
Perform advanced diagnostics and repairs (approximately 30% of the role)
Lead daily shop operations and technician productivity
Coach and mentor technicians
Prepare repair estimates and order parts
Improve shop workflow and operational efficiency
Foster a positive, high-performing team culture
Qualifications
5-7 years of experience as an A-Level, Master, or Diagnostic Automotive Technician
5+ years of automotive management experience
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
Proven leadership and technician development experience
Ability to balance hands-on repairs with shop leadership
Diesel experience is a plus but advanced diesel repairs are not required
Compensation & Benefits
$108,000 base salary
Target earnings up to $120,000
