Showroom Receptionist At Rallye LexusThe Rallye Motor Company, Long Island's premier luxury automotive group, has an opportunity for a Showroom Receptionist, with Rallye Lexus! The ideal candidate is looking for a long-term position where they can utilize their customer relations skills, be a part of an outstanding team, enjoy holidays off and excellent benefits!Responsibilities for this position include:Act as a liaison between dealership and customers/vendors.Direct the flow of incoming patrons and phone calls to the dealership in a friendly and courteous way, while ensuring the use of the correct greeting and etiquette as determined by management.Supporting the sales management and sales staff.Directing customers to sales representatives and check in appointments. Input notes into the CRM system.Compiling data and developing detailed spreadsheets.Develop PowerPoint presentations.Keeping track of a high volume of paperwork.The Rallye Motor Company is committed to attracting and retaining a talented and diverse workforce that supports our culture of customer service and automotive excellence.
