Job description
Advance Auto Parts Inc. in Norwich, CT seeks a General Manager to lead store operations, drive sales, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will manage a team, develop professional customer relationships, and ensure inventory, safety, and service standards are met.
The role requires scheduling 50-55 hours weekly, strong financial acumen and proficiency with Microsoft Word/Excel to analyze performance and optimize profitability. ASE certification is preferred but not required.
