Job description
Advance Auto Parts in Fort Myers, FL seeks an experienced General Manager to lead a high-performing team and drive store profitability. You will manage professional and DIY customer relationships, oversee hiring, coaching, and scheduling, and ensure execution of inventory and operational standards.
The role requires strong leadership, sales acumen, and the ability to coach for excellence in customer service while meeting key performance targets. ASE certification is preferred but not required.
