Job description
Advance Auto Parts is seeking a General Manager in North Carolina to lead store operations, drive sales, and develop the team while ensuring exceptional customer service. This exempt role requires 50–55 hours weekly, with 11-hour shifts and rotating nights and weekends to meet business needs.
You will oversee hiring, training, performance management, and scheduling, and you will manage inventory, safety, and profitability while delivering on store objectives and customer satisfaction.
