Job description
Advance Auto Parts in Shawnee, KS is looking for a General Manager to drive overall store sales and service. You will lead a team, hire and coach staff, and maintain strong professional customer relationships while ensuring inventory and store operations meet standards.
You will oversee DIY services, manage performance, and work with cross-functional teams to achieve store objectives. A valid driver's license and retail leadership experience are required.
