Advance Auto Parts is seeking a General Manager to lead store sales and customer service objectives in a fast-paced retail setting in Culpeper, VA. You will manage professional customer relationships, hire and develop a high-performing team, and oversee inventory and operations to achieve peak store performance.
The role requires 2–3 years of retail leadership, a focus on profitability, and strong communication skills. ASE certification is a plus.
