Advance Auto Parts is seeking a General Manager in Spruce Pine, NC to lead a busy store, inspire the team, and drive customer success with integrity.
You will manage overall store sales goals, professional customer relationships, staffing, inventory standards, and daily operations, including on‑duty leadership and safety.
The role requires strong leadership, attention to financial metrics, and the ability to coach, develop, and engage a 10–20 person team across varied shifts.
