Job description
NAPA Auto Parts in Charlotte seeks an Assistant Store Manager to lead daily store operations and sales while supporting the Store Manager. You will supervise counter sales, inventory, and deliveries, coaching team members to uphold standards and continuity.
You will also build customer relationships across retail and wholesale channels, model strong service behavior, and help manage opening/closing routines, safety, and basic P&L awareness.
