Job description
NAPA Auto Parts in Stockton seeks an Assistant Store Manager to lead daily store operations, customer engagement, and team performance. You will drive sales, manage inventory, and coach staff to deliver excellent service while ensuring safety and compliance.
Reporting to the Store Manager, you will oversee opening/closing routines, scheduling, and loss prevention, with a focus on developing future store leadership and maintaining high standards of customer care.
