Job description
NAPA Auto Parts is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Nashville. This role partners closely with the Store Manager to oversee daily operations, drive sales, manage inventory, and coach team members while maintaining strong customer-facing responsibilities.
The ideal candidate brings leadership experience, automotive knowledge, and a passion for delivering top-notch customer care in a fast-paced retail environment. Overtime and keyholder duties may be required to ensure store continuity.
