Job description
Main Street Auto in Crystal Lake is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead daily shop operations and supervise technicians and staff. You will oversee scheduling, training, and customer service to ensure timely, quality work and strong profitability.
The role requires hands-on leadership, strong communication, and adherence to safety and cash-control procedures. You will partner with the General Manager to meet store goals and provide exceptional service to every customer.
