Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM | No Weekends
Pay: $50,000–$75,000+ annually
Pay Type: Guaranteed Hourly Rate + Productivity Bonus

About Connot Auto Care
Connot Auto Care is seeking an experienced Automotive Technician in Hastings, NE, with $50,000–$75,000+ annual earning potential through a guaranteed hourly rate plus productivity bonus. This Monday–Friday position has no weekends and includes health, dental, and vision insurance after 90 days. Technicians work alongside experienced ASE Master Technicians in a clean, organized shop with opportunities for continued technical training.
Key Responsibilities
Diagnose and repair Domestic, Asian, and select European vehicles
Perform scheduled maintenance and general mechanical repairs
Diagnose electrical, A/C, drivability, and mechanical concerns
Complete engine, transmission, suspension, and steering repairs
Perform light-duty diesel repairs as needed
Complete Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVI) using AutoVitals
Use Autel and Snap-on diagnostic equipment
Qualifications
Professional automotive repair experience
Ability to diagnose and repair multiple vehicle systems
Experience using automotive diagnostic equipment
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Own professional automotive tools
AutoVitals and Digital Vehicle Inspection experience preferred
ASE Certifications preferred
