Automotive Technician A or B+ Level - $35-$50/Flag Hour - $100K+ Potential

Location: Plymouth, MI
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-6:00 PM; Saturday, 8:00 AM-12:00 PM
A Level Technician Pay: $40-$50 per flagged hour (depending on experience)
B+ Technician Pay: $35-$40 per flagged hour (depending on experience)
Pay Type: Flat rate with $600 weekly guarantee
Pay Schedule: Weekly

Introduction
/n
We are seeking an experienced A Level or B+ Automotive Technician in Plymouth, MI. A Level Technicians earn $40-$50 per flagged hour (depending on experience), while B+ Technicians earn $35-$40 per flagged hour (depending on experience), with a $600 weekly guarantee. This is an opportunity to work on domestic, Asian, and European vehicles with modern diagnostic equipment, ongoing training, and a collaborative team.

Key Responsibilities
/n
/n
- Diagnose and repair engine, electrical, drivability, and vehicle performance concerns.
/n
- Complete automotive repairs independently across a variety of makes and models.
/n
- Use Autel, Snap-on, and Launch diagnostic equipment.
/n
- Perform digital vehicle inspections and document findings in Tekmetric.
/n
- Communicate repair findings clearly with the Service Advisor.
/n
- Maintain an organized bay while completing efficient, quality repairs.
/n

Qualifications
/n
/n
- 5+ years of professional automotive repair experience.
/n
- Strong automotive diagnostic and repair skills.
/n
- Experience servicing a variety of makes and models.
/n
- Comfortable using modern diagnostic equipment and shop technology.
/n
- Michigan State Repair License required.
/n
- ASE certifications are welcome but not required.
/n

Compensation & Benefits

- A-Level Technician: $40-$50 per flagged hour. (depending on experience)

- B+ Technician: $35-$40 per flagged hour. (depending on experience)

- $600 weekly guarantee.

- Potential to earn $100K+ annually based on flagged hours and applicable pay rate.
