Vaden Automotive is growing and looking for an Automotive Technician Apprentice to join our high-volume service department. This is your chance to gain hands-on experience while learning from some of the best in the business. nWhat You'll Do
nnnAssist senior technicians in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining vehicles
n
nnPerform routine maintenance and basic repairs independently
n
nnTest and inspect vehicles using diagnostic tools and equipment
n
nnRemove and replace major components such as engines and transmissions under supervision
n
nnMaintain a clean and organized workspace, accounting for dealership-owned tools
n
nnFollow company, safety, and environmental policies at all times
n
nnStay engaged in continuous training and development opportunities
n
n nWhat We're Looking For
nnnAutomotive repair or maintenance experience in a dealership or independent shop
n
nnA strong interest in diagnostics, repair, and advancing technical skills
n
nnManufacturer or ASE certifications preferred any relevant industry certifications are considered a bonus and show a commitment to professional development
n
nnVersatile skill set and willingness to take on varied tasks
n
nnA team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
n
nnAbility to lift up to 70 lbs and perform tasks that involve bending, stretching, standing, and climbing for extended periods
n
nnComfortable working with power tools and diagnostic equipment
n
nnValid driver's license and the ability to pass a pre-employment background check, MVR, and drug screen
n
nnDealership experience: 1 year (required)
n
nnAutomotive repair experience: 1 year (required)
