ASE Certified Technician - Rairdon's Volkswagen of Everett
Everett, WA Full-Time $25-$40/hr DOE per flat rate hour
Are you an ASE Master Technician ? Ready to take your skills to the next level in a fast-paced, well-equipped, and team-focused environment? If so, we want YOU on our team!
We are a seeking a highly skilled and motivated ASE Master Certified Technician to join our service team. You'll be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining vehicles to factory standards while delivering outstanding customer satisfaction.
What you'll do:
Perform accurate diagnostics and repairs on all make and models, with a focus on Volkswagen.
Use OEM tools and equipment to complete complex mechanical and electrical repairs.
Perform routine maintenance and safety inspections.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Work closely with service advisors to communicate repair recommendations and timelines.
Stay current with factory training and certifications.
What we're looking for: ASE Master Certification
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
Positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Paid Time Off (PTO): All new employees earn 1 hour of paid time off for every 40 hours worked in compliance with the applicable state paid sick leave law. Following 36 months of continuous service, full-time employees earn an additional 40 hours of PTO each anniversary year; following 120 months of continuous service, full-time employees earn 80 hours of PTO each anniversary year, according to terms of PTO policies.
