Automotive Service Technician
Riverchase Kia
Location: Pelham, AL | Job Type: Full-Time

Riverchase Kia is actively hiring Automotive Service Technicians to join our high-performing service department. If you're a skilled technician looking for consistent work, competitive pay, and opportunities for career advancement, we want to hear from you.

Compensation: $65,000–$125,000+ annually , based on experience, certifications, productivity, and other qualifying factors.
Kia dealership experience is . ASE Certification is but not required.

Responsibilities
Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicles according to manufacturer standards
Perform inspections, diagnostics, and repairs using factory tools and equipment
Complete repair orders accurately and efficiently
Perform warranty repairs following manufacturer guidelines
Communicate repair recommendations with Service Advisors
Maintain accurate repair documentation while delivering quality workmanship
Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of automotive technician experience required
Kia dealership or import dealership experience
ASE Certification but not required
Strong diagnostic and mechanical repair skills
Experience using diagnostic equipment, lifts, alignment equipment, A/C machines, and other shop equipment
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Valid driver's license required
