nWhat You'll Do
nnnPerform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs in accordance with manufacturer standards
n
nnDiagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and drivability concerns
n
nnUtilize modern diagnostic tools, manufacturer systems, and technical resources
n
nnComplete repairs accurately and efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship
n
nnPerform repairs according to manufacturer specifications and dealership procedures
n
nnWork closely with Service Advisors to communicate vehicle needs and repair recommendations
n
nnCollaborate with fellow technicians and service leadership
n
nnParticipate in ongoing manufacturer training to stay current with evolving vehicle technology
n
n nWhat We're Looking For
nnnMinimum 2 years of automotive repair experience (required)
n
nnDealership experience and manufacturer certifications strongly preferred
n
nnASE certification preferred
n
nnMaster Technician-level experience is highly valued
n
nnStrong diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting skills
n
nnProven ability to diagnose and repair a wide range of vehicle concerns
n
nnStrong work ethic and commitment to quality and productivity
n
nnProfessional, dependable, and team-oriented attitude
n
nnValid driver's license and ability to meet dealership employment requirements
