Pay: $30,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year based on experience level

Responsibilities Address the customer's primary concern
Properly document the cause and the correction in our DMS
Perform a quality Multi-Point Inspection and record all results.
Ability to communicate with the Service Advisors and Parts Advisors
Complete all your Factory Web Training in a timely manner and stay current with all training
Understand all Factory Warranties and Policy and Procedures
Qualifications Factory Training preferred but not required
Self-motivated to be a productive technician
Valid drivers license
Communication skills, patience, creativity, eye for detail
General mechanical skills and must have own tools
Brand specific training/certification preferred but not required.
Safety and Emissions certification preferred but not required
Basic computer skills
