nJob Summary
nWe are looking for the right Automotive Technician to join our team.
nAs an Automotive Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, servicing, and repairing vehicles. You must be comfortable using diagnostic scan tools, automotive computer software and have extensive knowledge of vehicle systems.

nResponsibilities
nUse your expertise and diagnostic tools to evaluate vehicle malfunction codes
nAssist with establishing service center procedures for tracking repair status, maintaining technical documentation, and other necessary protocols
nCarry out routine vehicle maintenance tasks such as tire rotations, oil changes, and brake pad replacements
nConduct in-depth vehicle inspections of all systems, including engine, transmission, and brakes
nEnsure a high level of customer satisfaction and repeat business
nConvey necessary vehicle repair information to staff & customers in a clear and concise manner
nQualifications
nA Valid driver's license with a clean record
nHigh school diploma or GED is required
nAn Automotive associate degree or completion of an automotive service technician training program
nAutomotive Service Excellence/ASE certification or other Factory Certifications
nStrong customer service and communications skills are required
nMaintain an average productivity level of 80% or higher
