About Lakeshore Tire & Auto Service Lakeshore Tire & Auto Service is seeking an experienced Automotive Technician in Charlevoix, MI, offering $22–$35/hour based on experience. This Monday–Friday position has no weekends and includes a variety of automotive diagnostic, maintenance, and mechanical repair work. Technicians work on a range of makes and models in a small, collaborative independent shop environment. Key Responsibilities Perform automotive repair and maintenance on a variety of makes and models Diagnose vehicle concerns and complete needed repairs Perform brake and suspension repairs and general automotive maintenance Complete diagnostic and mechanical repair work efficiently Maintain quality workmanship throughout assigned repairs Collaborate with other team members to support shop workflow Qualifications Minimum 3 years of automotive technician experience in an independent repair shop Automotive diagnostic experience Experience performing general automotive repair and maintenance ASE Certifications are a plus Willingness to obtain ASE Certifications Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to adapt to a variety of responsibilities in a smaller shop environment Compensation & Benefits $22–$35/hour based on experience Hourly compensation Weekly pay Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid Time Off Paid holidays Employee discount Why Work Here Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends Variety of diagnostic and mechanical repair work Small, collaborative independent shop environment Opportunity to work on a range of makes and models Opportunity to continue developing automotive repair skills Potential growth into future leadership roles If you're an experienced Automotive Technician looking for varied repair work and a Monday–Friday schedule, apply today or connect with Promotive to learn more about the opportunity.
