Job Description
Automotive Technician - Ford Dealership(City, ST)
Sign-on bonus •Consistent 45+ hours of work every week
We have more work than we have techs.
That's the whole pitch. Our clients dealership runs more than 1000 RO's a month through 30+ bays, and our current techs are turning 50+ hours a week without fighting over the dispatch board. If you're at a store where you're clocking 32 hours and hoping for a good week, this is the fix.
We're hiring Automotive Technicians at every level - Entry, B-Level, A-Level, and Ford Senior Master. We'll place you where your skills are today and pay you to move up.
What you'll do
Diagnose and repair Ford cars, trucks, and Super Duty - everything from maintenance to drivability, electrical, and heavy line
Perform accurate multi-point inspections that drive real, honest upsell (our advisors sell what you find)
Complete warranty repairs to Ford standards with clean, complete documentation
Keep comebacks low and your stall organized
What you need
Experience as an automotive technician in a dealership or independent shop
Valid driver's license with an insurable record
Your own hand tools
ASE and/or Ford certifications preferred - not required. We'll pay for training and testing.
What we're putting on the table
Flat-rate pay of $35-$50/hr based on level, certifications, and proven production
$10,000 sign-on bonus and relocation assistance for the right tech. Terms and conditions apply.
Guaranteed pay during ramp-up so you're not eating the learning curve
Paid Ford FoMoCo training with a clear path to Senior Master - we cover tuition, time, and travel
Tool allowance
Air-conditioned shop , 30 lifts, current diagnostic equipment, (Hunter alignment rack / ADAS calibration / other equipment)
5-day schedule, closed Sunday
Health, dental, vision, 401(k) with match
Paid time off and vehicle purchase discounts
