Service Technician – Join the John Vance Auto Group Team!
Pay: $75,000 - $120,000+ per year (based on experience and certifications)
$7,500 Sign-On Bonus Available (based on experience) + Relocation Assistance
Location: Guthrie, OK

What We're Looking For
Automotive service and repair experience
OEM dealership experience preferred
ASE Certifications and/or manufacturer certifications are a major plus
Drivability, electrical, diesel, and transmission experience preferred
Strong work ethic and positive attitude
Team-oriented mindset
Willingness to continue training and professional development
Must provide your own tools
Responsibilities
Diagnose and repair vehicles accurately and efficiently
Communicate repair recommendations with service advisors and shop leadership
Perform repairs according to manufacturer standards
Document repairs and complete repair orders thoroughly
Provide labor time estimates when needed
Stay current on factory technical bulletins and training
Assist in mentoring and training developing technicians
Follow all dealership safety policies and procedures
Comply with federal, state, and local regulations
