Compensation: $79,000-$150,000/year (up to $60/hr, plus relocation and sign-on bonuses for elite talent)

Key Responsibilities Diagnose and repair vehicles across all makes and models with precision and honesty.
Conduct thorough digital inspections, documenting issues clearly and comprehensively.
Deliver exceptional customer service through superior workmanship and professional communication.
Qualifications We Value 6+ years of proven hands-on experience as an automotive technician.
Advanced diagnostic and repair expertise.
Positive mindset, team-oriented approach, and drive for continuous improvement.
Ability to consistently flag 40+ hours per week.
ASE certifications and strong diagnostic skills are highly preferred.
Physical Demands Capable of lifting 50+ lbs, working on elevated vehicles, and maintaining an active pace throughout the shift.
