You'll work in a fully air-conditioned shop stocked with the latest Ford diagnostic equipment and smart scheduling software that actually keeps your bay moving. What You'll Do
Diagnose and repair Ford and other vehicles using factory tools
Handle maintenance: brakes, tires, oil, alignments, inspections
Work alongside service advisors to keep customers in the loop
Mentor junior techs when the opportunity comes up
Keep your bay clean, safe, and dialed in
What You Bring
2+ years as an automotive technician (preferred, not required — we'll talk to anyone with strong skills and the right attitude)
Solid mechanical and diagnostic ability
ASE or Ford certifications a plus
Valid driver's license + clean driving record
A team-first mindset and pride in your work
