Job Description

AUTOMOTIVE TECHNICIANS WANTED - BUSY NISSAN DEALERSHIP IN LONGMONT, CO

Too Much Work, Not Enough Techs. That's Where You Come In.

Our client, a thriving Nissan dealership in Longmont, Colorado, has a service department so busy they can't keep up. Bays are full, the schedule is booked out, and they need skilled technicians who want to turn that volume into a bigger paycheck.

If you're tired of waiting on work, sitting on low hours, or watching the clock at a slow shop, this is the opposite. Here the work is waiting on you.

WHY TECHS ARE MAKING THE MOVE

- Consistent, heavy workload - real flagged hours every week, not feast or famine

- Competitive flat-rate pay based on experience and certifications

- Paid Nissan factory training and a clear path from certified to Master level

- Sign-on or relocation bonus available for qualified candidates

- Modern, well-equipped shop with factory tools and diagnostic equipment

- Full benefits: medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off

- Stable, established dealership backed by a strong brand and loyal customer base

- Great location: live and work on Colorado's Front Range, minutes from Boulder and the Rockies

WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- Line Tech experience required

- Nissan experience strongly preferred; other import or domestic experience welcome

- ASE certifications a plus (Nissan certifications a big plus)

- Strong diagnostic skills and confidence with electrical systems

- Your own tools

- Valid driver's license and clean driving record

- Strong work ethic and the drive to take advantage of a full schedule

READY TO STAY BUSY?

Conversations are 100% confidential. If you're a tech who wants more hours, better pay, and a shop that's growing, let's talk.
