Automotive Technician/Mechanic

Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Automotive Technician/Mechanic to join our team of skilled professionals. As an integral member of our shop, you will play a key role in maintaining our reputation for excellence by providing top-notch service to our customers. With access to the highest quality equipment and tools, you will have the opportunity to showcase your expertise while contributing to our team's success.
Responsibilities
Perform diagnostic tests on vehicles to identify issues and recommend appropriate repairs
Complete routine maintenance
Repair or replace automotive parts in an efficient manner
Utilize specialty tools and diagnostic equipment to accurately diagnose and repair vehicles
Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure efficiency and safety
Communicate effectively with other employees
Contribute to our positive shop culture by fostering teamwork, professionalism, and a commitment to excellence
Ability to produce 40+ hours a week
Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Automotive Technician/Mechanic
Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing a wide range of automotive issues
Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a high car count
Excellent problem-solving skills
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Certification from an accredited automotive training program or ASE certification preferred
Ability to occasionally lift/move 50+ lb.
