Automotive Technician - Senior (A/B Level)
Meineke Car Care Center - Westchase
13311 West Hillsborough Avenue, Tampa, FL 33635
Up to $140,000 per year + Signing Bonus up to $2,000
Signing Bonus Available
Up to $2,000 based on experience and skill level
Up to $1,000 paid after 30 days
Remaining bonus paid over your first year:
Up to $250 at 90 days
Up to $250 at 180 days
Up to $250 at 270 days
Up to $250 at 365 days

What You'll Be Doing Perform accurate diagnostics and repairs across a wide range of vehicles
Handle electrical, drivability, and complex issues
Complete repairs correctly the first time
Communicate clearly with service advisors
Maintain a clean and organized work area
What We're Looking For
• 5+ years of professional experience (8+ years for top-level candidates)
• Strong diagnostic ability (electrical and drivability)
• Able to repair without trial-and-error parts replacement
• Own standard hand tools (shop provides specialty and diagnostic equipment)
• ASE Certification (or equivalent) preferred
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Reliable, professional, team-oriented
• Valid driver's license & ability to lift 45 lbs
