Automotive Technician
About Us
Hyundai of Vacaville, part of the Wise Auto Group, is growing and looking for a skilled Automotive Technician to join our service team. We're a fast-paced, well-run shop that values hard work, clean diagnostics, and technicians who take pride in getting the job done right the first time.
What You'll Do
Perform maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on customer vehicles
Accurately diagnose mechanical, electrical, and performance issues
Complete repair orders efficiently while maintaining quality standards
Communicate with service advisors on findings, recommendations, and job status
Keep up with manufacturer training and stay current on Hyundai systems and technology
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
What We're Looking For
Previous experience as an automotive technician (dealership experience a plus)
ASE certifications preferred, or willingness to obtain them
Own tools required
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Strong diagnostic skills and attention to detail
Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
Hyundai brand experience a plus, but not required - we'll train the right candidate
What We Offer
Pay: $34-$45/hour depending on experience
