Requirements:
What You'll Do
* Diagnose and repair vehicles efficiently and accurately
* Perform maintenance and repair services
* Complete digital vehicle inspections
* Communicate findings clearly through inspection reports
* Maintain Volvo training and certification requirements
* Work collaboratively with service advisors and teammates
* Keep a clean and safe work environment
Qualifications
* 2+ years of automotive technician experience
* Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
* Virginia State Inspector License preferred but not required
* Volvo experience not required. We will train the right candidate
* Valid in-state driver's license with good driving record
* Submit to and successfully complete MVR, background check, and pre-employment drug test
* ASE certifications are a plus
