About the positions
Service Technicians perform repair and maintenance on customer vehicles. Our Service Team handles several manufacturers, and we have a longstanding customer base that keeps us busy. We have Service Managers that lead the way in customer retention and service and have a streamlined goal of growing our employees.
These positions require
•One year of automotive experience.
•ASE certifications preferred.
•Valid, unrestricted driver’s license for more than 3 years.

In accordance with RCW this position is identified as Safety Sensitive and is subject to pre-employment drug screening including cannabis.
Benefits - What we offer
Competitive base pay $18 - $35 per hour. Actual earnings will vary based on individual performance, experience, and qualifications.
Weekly pay
401K with employer match up to 50% of 5%

Paid Vacation after 90 days of employment
Technicians Vacation Accrual:
90 Days = 40 hours
1 Year = 48 hours
2 Years = 88 hours
3 Years = 136 hours
5 Years = 144 hours
10+ Years = 168 hours Sick Leave that is accrued at the rate of 1 hour per 40 hours worked
