Service Warranty AdministratorInfiniti of Tacoma is looking for a Service Warranty Administrator to assist our busy Service Department with warranties. This is an opportunity to take ownership of all warranty claims within the department.For driven individuals, the right environment can make all the difference. If you're ready to be part of that standard, we'd like to meet you.RequirementsPrevious experience in warranty claims processing with Infiniti is a plus.Understanding of warranty programs, repair order documentation, and service history.Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational and time-management skills, and ability to work under pressure.Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with customers, technicians, and management.Proficient with warranty management software and general office software.Ability to identify discrepancies in claims and work toward resolutionsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
