n nHere’s what you’ll be doing:

nnnProcess warranty claims

n

nnVerify criteria required by factory or distributor

n

nnPost credits on computer

n

nnTrack parts by tagging

n

nnArrange for parts to be shipped to the factory or distributor, or to be scrapped

n

nnFollow up with the factory and distributors regarding unpaid claims

n

nnOther duties as assigned

n

n nHere’s what you’ll need:

nnn2 years of experience as warranty clerk or similar experience preferred

n

nnHigh school diploma or equivalent

n

nnStrong trouble-shooting skills and demonstrated trustworthiness

n

nnExcellent interpersonal and customer service skills

n

nnAdvanced computer skills

n
