Job description
Garden Street Communities seeks a Director of Land Acquisition and Development in Wilmington, NC to lead the full land life-cycle from identifying raw parcels to delivering finished lots for homes. You will manage acquisitions, entitlements, site development, and budget controls with a high degree of autonomy and ownership.
