Job description
Maine Academy of Family Physicians in Richmond, IN is seeking an outpatient Family Medicine physician for full-spectrum primary care in a clinic-based setting with a 2:1 staff-to-provider ratio and strong specialist backup.
The role offers a $300,000 base salary guarantee (2 years) with wRVU production, a $100,000 sign-on bonus, loan support, 32 days PTO, CME allowance, and full malpractice coverage. EPIC EMR and integrated behavioral health support enhance patient care.
