Job description
Vivie is seeking a Float Physical Therapist to provide flexible, high-quality clinical coverage for home health clients across the company footprint. This role supports patient care during staff absences, delivering skilled physical therapy and case management as needed.
You will collaborate with the interdisciplinary team, maintain accurate records, and coordinate with payers. The position requires travel, a Minnesota PT license, CPR within 6 months, and a driver’s license with insured vehicle.
