Job description
HealthYes Staffing Network is seeking an experienced Geriatric Nurse Practitioner for a facility-based role serving South Florida. The position covers Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Skilled Nursing facilities across Broward and Palm Beach counties with physician support.
You will provide primary, preventive, and acute care to adult and geriatric patients, with autonomous practice and strong coordination with care teams. Salary is productivity-based, around $140,000–$160,000 annually.
