Job description
Sutter Medical Group in the Greater Sacramento area is seeking a Post‑Acute & Geriatric Medicine Physician to join our expanding team. This role focuses on medically complex patients during the transition from hospital to recovery, with autonomy, continuity, and meaningful long‑term impact.
You will manage a sustainable daily volume, with 8am–5pm daytime hours, on-site care at partner facilities, and remote charting after initial assessments.
