Job description
Liebherr Mining Equipment Newport News Co. is seeking an Autonomy System Architect to lead the hardware system architecture for autonomous mining trucks. You will design, integrate, and optimize sensing, computation, and control components to enable autonomous haulage and reliability in harsh environments.
The role requires strong embedded systems knowledge, Linux-based platforms, and experience with software containers. Travel up to 25% is expected.
