Job description
VitalCaring is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to join their home health team. In this PRN role, you will help patients regain mobility and independence through compassionate and individualized care.
As a critical part of the care team, you will evaluate patients, develop care plans, and provide hands-on therapy. The ideal candidate has a DPT or Master's degree, current PT license, and 1–2 years of experience.
